ASYMPTOTE Pm offers to manage your project duration throughout all its different phases: studies, works contracts, procurement, and general contracting, through the mobilisation of an organic entity, unitary or plural, placed under the responsibility of your project manager.
This entity will ensure the overall mission of controlling deadlines, monitoring resources, controlling physical progress, and issuing the corresponding reports.
In the preliminary phase, the entity will particularly be in charge of writing procedures, structuring the project (WBS), setting the various planning software parameters (MS Project, Primavera, PSnext, Planisware ...) and drawing up schedules to different levels of detail.
This first phase will be completed by the creation of a tree structure defining the responsibilities and the field of competence of each participant (OBS), and by an optimisation study based on available resources.
During the implementation phase, we will analyse the project progress according to a suitable pace, by means of the appropriate tools (S curves, static analyses), the adjustment of the “Remaining to do” list, the determination of possible new critical paths, all this accompanied by proposals of corrective actions in case of digressions.
