ASYMPTOTE INFORMATIQUE is absorbed by a large high-tech industrial group.
1995
ASYMPTOTE INFORMATIQUE leaves this group and joins EPI-PROCOTECH.

EPI-PROCOTECH obtains ISO 9001 certification.

Creation of the independent group ASYMPTOTE CONSULTING made up of ASYMPTOTE GESTION DE PROJET (formerly EPI-PROCOTECH) and ASYMPTOTE INFORMATIQUE.
2000
ISO 9001 version 2000 certification obtained for ASYMPTOTE CONSULTING, ASYMPTOTE GESTION DE PROJET and ASYMPTOTE INFORMATIQUE.

In April, ASYMPTOTE INFORMATIQUE becomes ASYMPTOTE Technologies.
2005
In December, the ASYMPTOTE group celebrates its 20th anniversary.
2006
In January, ASYMPTOTE Project Management and ASYMPTOTE Technologies become one: the assets of ASYMPTOTE Technologies are transferred to ASYMPTOTE Project Management.
2009
On August 1st, ASYMPTOTE CONSULTING and ASYMPTOTE GESTION DE PROJET merge to create ASYMPTOTE Management de Projet. Our organisation and business areas remain the same.
2010
In June, ASYMPTOTE Management de Projet celebrates its 25th anniversary.
2011
ASYMPTOTE Management de Projet promotes its business development in the Alsatian basin by opening a new office in Ingersheim (68).
2013
Ever closer to its employees and customers ... ASYMPTOTE Management de Projet develops a foothold in the Cotentin area and opens an office in Cherbourg-Octeville (50).
2014
On April 1st, ASYMPTOTE Management de Projet merges with its parent company ASYMPTOTE Group and becomes ASYMPTOTE Project Management. Our organisation and business areas remain the same.
2015
In November, ASYMPTOTE Project Management celebrates its 30th anniversary.
2016
ASYMPTOTE Project Management opens a new office in Marseille (13).
2019
In january, ASYMPTOTE Project Management joins the PARLYM Group (www.parlym.com).
