Next, Parlym Project Management pays particular attention to the staff it recruits. The recruitment process consists of several interviews to assess the suitability of the position for your aspirations and to address all technical aspects.
This allows us to take into account skills and abilities as well as mindset, which is one of the most important criteria for us.
Subsequently, the monitoring of consultants, which is also one of the crucial points of our policy, is done through regular interviews. In addition, individual and professional interviews allow us to take stock of the past year and to set objectives for the coming year in order to manage your career development. For that purpose, a reflection is put forward regarding training courses to be carried out for each of you according to your expectations, your level, and project requirements.
This personnel management methodology is formalised in the various quality procedures of our ISO 9001 certification for the set of Parlym Project Management business activities.
In addition, Parlym Project Management periodically organises evening events and feedback meetings during which all employees can meet for a pleasant occasion and are informed, among other things, of the company’s prospects for evolution.
